Ptl. Edward "Butch" Foulks
Ptl. Foulks joined the Edgewater Park Twp. Police Department in 1997. He has been a Law Enforcement Officer for more than 20 years and has worked previously in Beverly City and Delanco Twp. Ptl. Foulks is a Certified Firearms Instructor and an Instructor at the Burlington County Police Academy. When off-duty, Butch enjoys Stock Car Racing (8) and hunting.
