Ptl. Meenan joined the Edgewater Park Twp. Police Department in 2003. Ptl. Meenan graduated from the Burlington County Police Academy with Class #85. Ptl. Meenan is also a Field Traning Officer. When off-duty, Dave enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his family.
