Hello Everyone,            

November is coming to an end and its just about time for officers to shave those itchy beards from their faces!  Officers sold t-shirts and wrist bands to help raise funds, as well as having a great fundraising event at Burlington City's Brickwall Tavern, on November 26th.  (I heard they had a fantastic band playing live music, but that's "Nobody's Business")  Thank you to everyone that came out and supported the event and a special thank you to the Management and Employee's of the awesome Brickwall Tavern, Union St. in Burlington City, for allowing us to hold our event and take over the Brickwall!!

This years support recipient is 4 year old Andrew McGoff.  Drew is a brave young man who is battling Perthes Disease, a rare bone disorder.  Our support will help Drew's family with mounting medical costs as well as the costs of getting Drew the things he needs to assist him with getting around and being safer at home. 

Again, thank you to all of the participating Police Officers from Edgewater Park and Burlington City Police Departments, otherwise known as "Becky's Beard Unit".  The fund raiser was a fantastic success and we could not have done it without all of your support and help!
