The Edgewater Park Recreation Department evaluates the leisure time needs of the community, assists in determining local program policies, helps plan a comprehensive program of recreation and leisure services, and coordinates the overall program with future community planning.

Some of our events are a Community Yard Sale held in September,Breakfast with the Bunny in March and a Holiday Tree Lighting in December. Click on the

There are many lovely parks and playgrounds in our town. Why not take your lunch outside this week? Listed are activities you can expect to find at each location.

Weimann Field
Location: Delanco Rd. and Mt. Holly Rd.
(Behind the Municipal Building)
Activities: Playground, Tennis, Baseball, Soccer, Softball and Basketball.

Dinoia Park (Formerly "Spider Park")
Location: N. Garden Blvd.
Activities: Playground

Kite Field
Location: Woodlane Rd.
Activities: Playground and Baseball


Memorial Field
Location: Cooper St.
Activities: Football, Baseball, Playground, Basketball, Tennis and proposed location for the Delaware River Heritage Trail.

Roosevelt Park and Pond
Location: Stevenson Ave.
Activities: Walking Trail and Fishing

Wood Lake Park
Location: Lafayette Rd. and York Rd.
Activities: Walking Trail (Dogs are allowed, but dog waste must be cleaned.)
